Mikhail Nekrasov is a senior partner of Che Group, an international law group of companies. He
has been practicing law for over 20 years.
Field of activity:
Specializes in advising on investment and construction activities, including the international
sphere, structuring various complex contractual relations for the implementation of investment
construction projects.
Education and work experience:
- In 2001 he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specializing in engineering;
- Graduated from the Kaliningrad Law Institute of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2010;
- In 2014 he graduated from Kaliningrad State Technical University, specializing in industrial and civil construction;
- In 2018, accredited by the Ministry of Justice of Russia as an independent expert authorized to conduct anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts;
- From 1995 to 2006 - service in the internal affairs bodies;
- From 2006 to present - working in management positions in large construction companies.
